Abstract
The paramount target after resection of the odontogenic tumour is rehabilitation. The use of free non-vascularized graft provides a reliable bone mattress for both reconstruction and rehabilitation. The main problem of nonvascularized graft is revascularization and subsequent healing as the proximal and distal segment use the graft as a scaffold, marginal versus radical resection improve the possibility and chances of healing. Dental implants were used in two groups, the first group early place of implants were done after two months, the second group were done after six months. The results reveal that early placement of the implant may enhance osseointegration, as a step of increased blood supply to the whole graft in precessing of revascularization of the scaffold graft.
