A leading International Dental Implantologist with over 34 years of significant experience, Professor Jihad Abdallah was designated in 2011 as Clinical Professor at Beirut Arab University (BAU), where he directs the Implantology Division and has been a faculty member since 1997. He achieved world-class recognition in 2010 as Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID). In 2008, he was inducted as a member of the International College of Dentists (FICD).

As director of the Beirut Implant Dentistry Center (BIDC), he established a regional partnership in 2006 with the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) and AAID, in conducting the first Implantology MaxiCourse® in the Middle East, of which he was course director.

He was awarded International Implant Dentist of the Year 2004 by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) of which he has been honored fellow since 2011, and a member since 2001.
