Marcus Dagnelid is a board-certified prosthodontist and has had the privilege of working in product development for various implant companies for the last plus 20 years.

The focus has been on guided surgery, CAD/CAM-driven treatment workflows, and different loading concepts. This has led him to work with and develop fully digital workflows. 

Dr Dagnelid has built several specialist clinics and educational centres, and is now running a boutique-style office and training centre in Kungsbacka, south of Gothenburg, Sweden.

Marcus also has a strong interest in Practice Management—how to run and grow clinical practices. In line with this, he has been involved in developing a unique KPI (Key Performance Indicator) software for dentistry called Knowyn – Know Your Numbers, which is compatible with most dental record systems in the Nordics and is used by hundreds of clinics. 

For the past 20 years, Marcus has been a highly sought-after speaker both nationally and internationally, covering topics such as tooth- and implant-supported prosthetics, ceramic materials, implant surgery, digital workflows, and practice management. He has contributed to textbooks on oral implantology and frequently serves as a moderator at dental congresses around the world.
