Dr. Sharpling is a specialist prosthodontist, completing his specialist training at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 2021. Alongside this he completed his Master’s degree in Prosthodontics at King’s College London Faculty of Dentistry, Oral and Craniofacial Sciences.

Dr. Sharpling currently works in private practice on the south coast of England where he accepts referrals for prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He is a member of the international team for implantology, and also the association of dental implantology.

Alongside his work in private practice, Dr. Sharpling has published a number of papers in peer reviewed journals and has spoken at national and international conferences in relation to dental implants, and also dementia and oral health. Most recently his work on the stability of bone grafting in the anterior maxilla was presented at the 2022 ITI conference in Geneva.
