During the course the participants will:
- Discuss the Deficient Bone Height in the Posterior Maxilla
- Understanding the Medical History, Sinus Graft Consultations, and Consents
- Understands the proper Sinus Lining Elevation and Placement of a Membrane in the Sinus Model
- Be able to Place Graft Material and do the Suturing on the Sinus Models
- Review the process of Treating the Sinus Graft Complications
