Dr. Ornella Delli-Rocili graduated as a Doctor in Dental Science from the University of Zulia, Venezuela in 2010, igniting a dynamic and international journey in dentistry. Her professional path spans public healthcare, private clinics, and entrepreneurship. Early in her career, she developed a strong interest in oral surgery and pursued advanced training in the field, ultimately founding and managing her own private clinic, where she worked as both practitioner and clinical lead for six years. Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Delli-Rocili served as a lecturer and academic tutor in oral surgery, further deepening her commitment to education. In 2017, she relocated to Denmark and transitioned into the dental technology sector, joining 3Shape HQ. She first served as a Global Training and Application Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Global Training & Educational Manager – Clinical in 2023. In her current role at 3Shape HQ, she leads global clinical education programs for key treatment areas, training both internal teams and dental professionals using 3Shape solutions. She works closely with universities, clinical partners, and key opinion leaders to develop best-practice workflows and deliver treatment-specific learning programs across digital and in-person platforms. Dr. Delli-Rocili also advises product development and customer teams to ensure clinically relevant, user-centered solutions, and contributes to innovative engagement initiatives that position 3Shape as a trusted clinical partner. While based full-time at 3Shape HQ, she remains engaged in clinical practice on a part-time basis in Denmark, ensuring her educational efforts remain grounded in hands-on patient care. Dr. Delli-Rocili is passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and the global advancement of dentistry through education and technology.
