Designed as a four-year blended learning pathway, the programme combines online study with scheduled face-to-face training blocks in Dubai, enabling dentists to progress academically and clinically without stepping away from full-time practice for long periods. To add further flexibility, participants can attend training blocks in either London or Dubai during the first three years, supporting easier planning around professional and personal commitments.

Awarded by King’s College London, the programme focuses on advanced restorative dentistry and is structured to strengthen clinical decision-making and treatment planning for complex, multidisciplinary cases. It supports participants in developing greater competence in diagnosis, risk assessment, comprehensive case management, and achieving predictable restorative outcomes aligned with contemporary clinical standards and patient expectations.

Led by Professor Brian Millar and Dr. Fariha Hussain, the programme is delivered through faculty-led teaching that connects academic depth with practical relevance. Participants benefit from structured learning that builds clinical reasoning, alongside hands-on components that help translate evidence-based concepts into everyday practice, with an emphasis on confidence and consistency when managing more demanding restorative cases.

The ongoing partnership between CAPP and King’s College London reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality postgraduate dental education while respecting the realities of modern clinical life. By hosting training blocks in Dubai, the programme supports professional development for dentists across the region and beyond, offering a globally recognised qualification pathway without unnecessary disruption to career progression.
