IADR United Arab Emirates Section collaborates with CAPP on the Poster Presentation competition in Dubai

Entries are accepted in two categories. The undergraduate category is open to students enrolled in a B.D.S. or D.D.S. programme and to interns who have recently completed their dental degree, while the postgraduate category covers applicants in a residency, master's or doctoral programme, or who completed the research within two years of graduating. Clinical trials, pre-clinical work, epidemiological studies and basic science research are eligible, and clinical patient cases belong in the Aesthetic Dentistry MENA Awards 2026 instead.

Submission begins with a structured abstract of no more than 350 words, reviewed by the Scientific Committee on clarity, scientific merit, originality and suitability for poster format. Finalists present a vertical poster followed by a five-minute presentation and three minutes of questions from the judging panel, with first, second and third place awarded in each category. Applicants also receive a 10 per cent discount on the conference registration fee.
