Dr Galip Gürel delivers another exceptional two-day APT veneers masterclass at CAPP in Dubai

Across two intensive days, Dr Gürel presented the latest developments in the APT approach, guiding attendees through a complete journey of aesthetic assessment, smile design, clinical implementation, and finalisation. The APT concept, which allows clinicians to visualise and evaluate the expected outcome through pre-evaluative temporary veneers, served as the foundation of the training. Participants explored how this method enhances treatment planning, improves patient communication, and increases predictability in restorative dentistry.

The course combined theory with extensive practical exercises. Delegates worked on multiple hands-on tasks using models mounted on phantom heads, enabling them to practise essential steps such as veneer preparation, temporisation, adhesive techniques, and aesthetic finishing. Throughout the sessions, Dr Gürel offered personalised guidance and shared clinical insights drawn from decades of pioneering work in aesthetic dentistry.
