Dr. Berkowitz is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, and completed his orthodontic training at Case Western Reserve University receiving his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. He is a part-time Clinical Associate Professor of Orthodontics.
